Happy New Year everyone. My resolution this year? The 365 draw a day challenge. Draw a little, every day. Produce a finished piece of work every two weeks at least. Difficult? Yeah. Necessary? Yeah. Awesome? Oh yeah. More to come later. Hope you all had a wonderful break. - Fyre

It's really unbelievable how things have gone from busy to almost overwhelming this past month. Between my regular college classes and functioning in this new group I joined, I'm cutting sleep and STILL feel like I'm falling behind in areas x__X Ugh. Still anticipating snow for this winter (normally we've got it by now) if there isn't any for Christmas I am going to be one unhappy camper. Anyway, on to art updates. A Green Umbrella piece - I've decided I would really like to do something for this piece; I'm going to get into the habit of making art for all of my lit pieces and posting them. Well, it's official. My last day of summer begins today. I have 24 hours before I wake up again, a student at a university I love. I'm so excited :D I had a bad attitude my first year of school, so I'm really glad to have the chance to go back and re-design how I do. My past illnesses and constantly moving had made life difficult, but I have realized over the summer that tragedy is constant and never-ending. There isn't any real sense in letting it get you down.
